   I love this Pub. The staff are friendly and the food is always good. They really did a good job with the Elvis afternoon. They didn't overbook, so it was comfortable seating. The act ( Jason Dale) was amazingly brilliant as was the sound man Neil. The two ladies seating us were helpful. It was an excellent family get together. Even though we are spread around Liverpool and Cheshire, We always comeback. Thank you❤️ Anita

   Great pub. Cannot fault this place at all. All the staff are amazing. Beers and food as nice enough and the pub is always lovely and clean and welcoming. I love my little local and would recommend anyone to come here.

   Brilliant pub, and the best fish and chips we've had in a long time. I'm not joking, if 86 year old Bob Smith says he enjoyed it, the best he's had is the best compliment to the chef ever! Back again next week.

   Came in for food and drinks the other day. Food was delicious and they have a good selection on draft. The staff are lovely and the atmosphere is very welcoming. We were served by Dorian, and he was very helpful in recommending what food and alcohol to try, and recommend some things in the city to do! Top notch!

   Went with my daughter. Late mothers day lunch. Waited 45 minutes for food. I got lasagne. Food came dried up. Daughter got curry. Like water. DISGUSTING. Would not eat there again. Even if it was for free. Avoid

   The place was quiet not a handful of people were eating or finished their meals I ordered drinks and asked them to be put on the tab as I was going to order food the barman said I had to pay for them so I did so. A short time later I went to order food from a barmaid as I started to order she told me there was a 30+ wait for food..no apology for the delay for food..so we finished our drinks and left. Why didn't the first person who served me drinks who I asked about food inform me there was a delay on the food to avoid our disappointment of looking forward to the meals as we were going through the menu... I could fully understand this if the place was busy but it was far from it

   I came in on Wednesday for the quiz and me and my family really enjoyed it. It was a right laugh. We didn’t win but will definitely be coming back again as Kev was really good. We had our tea before hand which was lovely. We all really enjoyed the meals made by mark. See you next week.

   Beautiful meal. Came for a family meal out to celebrate a birthday. We had a warm welcome as soon as we walked through the door. Staff had good knowledge of the local ales and beers. Menu was extensive with lots to choose from. Food beautifully presented with lovely flavour.

   Cannot recommend enough. Met up with family we all enjoyed our meals. Service was quick and staff really nice, especially the young man behind the bar bar who had to help us three oldies with the menu. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Thank you for a lovely meal we'll be back. Fish and chips was lovely.
