Had a brilliant experience when came in for a few drinks with friends, good atmosphere, fair prices, and amazing staff, especially a lady called grace. Will definitely be returning
Great visit to the Albert recently, I haven't been for ages and I am so glad to see it is still an authentic, local pub with first rate staff and service. A young barman called Tom looked after us and was knowledgeable, and the right balance of professional and friendly. Well done the Albert and massive thanks to Tom. It won't be ages before we visit again.
elo mate, Mr Dodd ere, jus weninto the albert and their doin pizzas now, ar lucy cooked me up a margarita and it was proper sound, better than that dominoes gaff down the road. Honestly, would deffo have another one, I think next time il put on some extra toppinz and tha n all the fam down when they outta walton nick. Nice one, see ye later.
It's alright, The Albert. A genuine stalwart of the Lane, I can't remember it ever having closed, reopened as a fancy bistro, closed, reopened as El Alberto de Cuba, closed, then reopened as the original Albert, or having some other such identity crisis. It's just always been The Albert. Which means that you always know that it's going to be alright. Not my favourite boozer on the Lane, but far, far from being the worst.
First visit here, will definitely be visiting again. Very friendly and welcoming, good choice of beers, wines and spirits all very reasonably priced. Didn't eat, but the food looked good at good prices too.
Lovely pub with a brilliant atmosphere and phenomenal staff! Lucy was awesome, she made sure our stay was fantastic, excellent customer service and always had a smile on her face! Guinness is 10/10 one of the best in Liverpool, will definitely be coming back!
