   I ordered the tipple stack which was meant to be scrambled eggs, cheese and hash browns. After a long wait, I was served chips with a fried egg and tonnes of fatty cheese instead. When I asked if the tipple stack was meant to be something different , a member of staff asked another staff who both said what I had was correct. I ate half the chips and the egg on the top. The other ingredients were so fatty and inedible. Went home to check the menu online and I was served the incorrect item despite asking.

   Love Tipple, but it's sad that dogs are no longer allowed in the covered area (I was told due to the new seating in there). Dogs are now only allowed in the fully outdoor areas. Clearly this is not a good option in the winter - our dog was shivering outside today even in the sun - and this area is often already so busy in the summer. I don't see why there is not just a 'no dogs on furniture' rule in the covered area. I come here quite a lot with family and separately with friends who also have a dog, but it will be difficult to continue to do so unless the new dog policy changes.

   We had a fantastic family lunch today for my Dads 88th birthday. All the staff from start to finish were fantastic. It was well set up and organised (Thankyou Anna), the coffee was hot and the food was lovely. My Dad said he had a great time. (That is a big compliment !!!). So a big thankyou to Alex and the team.    We visited on a Sunday afternoon and what a great menu, brunch dishes on one side then ta daaa Sunday Roast when you turn it over. I had the nut roast option which it said was vegetarian not vegan . Im not sure if it is the roast itself or just some of the other items on the plate, I should have asked so I could say in my review. The nut roast was rally tasty, moist and full of flavour, and the plate contained multiple other items - roast and mashed potatoes, carrots, cabbage, parsnip, tendersteam broccoli, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding, gravy. Lots of dogs were in attendance, they have a large outside terrace some is open and some covered, as well as a big space inside. Lots of staff taking care of everyone ans very friendly.

   Thought we'd drop in for a quick pint. It was nicely decorated and immaculately clean inside and is quite popular judging from the amount of people sitting outside at lunchtime. There was a good selection of drinks and service was quick. There was still plenty of seating available outside, and there was also a covered section on one side. I'd imagine that in the evening it would be quite busy.

   Went this morning, Mothers day with my wife, Dad and brother. Had 4 coffees and 2 small breakfasts. The coffees were fine and came within about 10 mins but the 2 breakfasts were a further 40 minutes behind. The breakfast was a joke for £7.99. Bacon was so hard, beans were cold and egg snotty. Won't be going again.

   Great little place for drinks and light meals. Good choice of drinks, very friendly staff. Only small downside is the music can be a little loud when trying to talk with an elderly relative.

   Came for brunch with my friends. It was so lovely. Piping hot, poached egg perfection, even the toast was exactly how I like it. Although busy our food came quickly and the staff couldn't do enough to help. Would happily go every Saturday. Looking forward to returning!
