   I inquired about the ability to make some of the vegetarian dishes vegan and the gentlemen working here were incredibly accommodating and clarified that there would be no animal products in what I ordered. The food was fresh, piping hot, and incredibly flavoursome. The service was polite, welcoming, and friendly. I will definitely be ordering here again.

   Avoid this place. Our food took over two hours to arrive after ordering (was supposed to arrive within 30-45 minutes) and the customer service was absolutely shocking. They lied to us on the phone about it being on it’s way and with us in 10 minutes, and it still took 40 minutes to arrive after that. We were denied a discount or refund, absolutely shocking customer service.

   Many people here complaining the Thai food at this Chinese takeaway is bad. All the Chinese staples I had were good: s&s, lemon chicken, BBQ ribs, crispy duck, seaweed etc all good. It's not haute cuisine: it's salty, sweet British style Chinese takeaway, just like it was 30 years ago. I think these reviewers are expecting authentic pan-asian food, no surprise they are disappointed. It's my favourite classic Chinese takeaway in the area - and they are becoming harder to find!

   I placed an order on the website, I waited over an hour until I finally phoned them to ask if it was on it’s way to which they made a very poor excuse, they obviously hadn’t made it. I asked for a refund because it was quite late in the evening, they said they’d give me the food and a refund, I asked how do I go about getting the refund, they said on our website, all I could find on the website was a ‘contact us’ section, none of my emails have been replied to and I haven’t been given a refund. Plus the food is average anyway, don’t waste your time or money.

   The food that I ordered was absolutely terrible. The Prawn Won Ton soup was bland and tasteless. The Prawn Pad Thai was horrible and tasted nothing like a Pad Thai. Not to mention it was swimming in a sauce that tasted awful and shouldn't have been there. I was unable to eat any of this as it was so bad.

   Absolutely awful food. I ordered a lot of different dishes but I can honestly say they were all bad. The Chow Mein noodles were so dry its as if they had been cooked the week before and left out, I ordered some honey bbq ribs and they came in a soup. Had to throw most of it away. I normally wouldn't bother writing a bad review but the reason I am today is I have now had stomach cramps for the third day in a row after and it all started the night I ate from this place. Going to the doctors today but do yourself a favour and do not order from here, its disgusting
