Thanks to the two guys on the counter and a random customer... came in with a plastic pipe adapter problem, got some great advice and the parts to overcome my problem... Cheers guys...

Popped in for a bathrom suite and a lad called Liam patiently went throurgh a couple of catalogues with me and helped me make a decision. It was delivered in two days as requested with everything in perfect condition. All in all, a very good service.
I seemed to get the opposite service to other reviews. All staff were chatting outside but one came in as I went in. They didnt have what I wanted but he went out of his way to provide me something that would help fix the problem and this was all for a sale of a few pounds.
Jesus Christ. What a shockingly awful place. Walked in today to order some drainage. There was one guy sat behind the counter (Liam) and 3 other staff all sat on the counter vaping and chatting to him about 'tackle for a job'. At this point none of them had even noticed I was there. Fast forward 10 mins. Liam still talking to vape boy and hasn't even made eye contact, just shouting random pipe fittings over my shoulder. When I finally decided I couldn't possibly live with myself if I actually bought something from here, I left. I don't even think they noticed. Shocking. I will order my 50, 6m lengths of 18" twin wall somewhere else. Whoever gave this Neanderthal behind the counter a job must have a screw loose. He'd be better unclogging sewer pipes in the dark where he doesn't need to engage with his customers.
Terrible 40 minute wait every time.
Poor. Twenty minute wait for some to get one price of drain pipe. Then the guy serving has no knowledge of fittings. Had to climb over and show him!!!! Pathetic.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I have been twice to this store to purchase plumbing items. Firstly around 6 months ago i popped in to buy some pipe and fittings, why guy behind the counter has a shocking attitude and just expects you to know "technical" details, which of course a standard DIY'er wouldn't know. Having just been down this lunchtime, i experienced the same terrible service therefore simply walked out half way through ordering! personally, if i were you.. pop to Screwfix.. it's approx 5 mins down the road and every time i have been, they have been happy to help!
