This place had the cleanest toilets iv ever visited in a pub, the whole bar was just supper clean, and the beer was good too, first time visit, will be back for sure
It's a really lovely micropub, with a great vibe and great service. Excellent range of ales, ciders, and craft beers at great prices. Coming all the way from Canterbury, it was funny to see a Kent Brewery ale on the pumps, but Prohibition is very good. I'm on a wonderful porter by Unmasked. Don't miss this micropub. It's one of the best, and I've been to quite a few.
CAMRA Welsh pub of the year 2022. Compact (it’s a Micropub), friendly with a lively variety of tasty brews and a great Landlord. Super ambience, inviting, snug, hyggelig, cozy… call it what you like, no blaring screens / music to kill the atmosphere of warm conversation or if you prefer, just enjoying a top-notch pint in peace. Usually full of sociable folk, aways a pleasure to visit. It’s my favourite pub by far a gem of an establishment.
