Had a pre Christmas Dinner with nine other ladies , food was amazing and plentiful, setting was cosy and warm , the service was great , nothing to much trouble , very friendly staff , decorated very Christmasy, all in all ,a very enjoyable meal with great company.
Lovely pub, although we got table without prior booking it was very busy on Saturday. I would advise to book in advance. They managed to fit us in and staff seemed so efficient and polite. Food was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely come back.

Very limited menu on a Sunday with just 5 choices of main meals. We were there for dinner and the place wasn't even half full. However the food we had was very nice if a little pricey. That usual tells you something. One of my pet hates is when you approach the bar and the staff don't acknowledge you. I would at least expect a cursory "hello and I will be with you in a moment greeting" Just common curtesy really.
Popped in here on our way home from holiday, and so glad we did! Food and service was exceptional, so welcoming for us and the dog! Probably one of the best meals I've had in a pub!
Lovely place excellent food and service . The rib eye steak was cooked to perfection juicy and tender heaps of flavour, highly recommend .
Had an evening meal, 2 adults and child. Children's portion was massive. I had steak burger and partner had steak pie. Both of us could find no fault. Food was delicious and hot and great big portions. Pudding was also great. Cute pub environment. Would definitely return if back in the area
