   They're are more intrested in profit than building good customer relationship. Hostile staff, too buisy doing nothing, to help most of the time. Sold me a more expensive product that i didn't need over the slightly cheaper one that was more suitable. The store itself is a mess, not well kept at all. Its more like someones over large shed than a shop. Very narow walk ways often with clutter in the way. Honestley just go to B n Q or Homebase

   Brilliant service today ,I phoned up for 2 fence panels and spoke to lovely helpful friendly lady and ordered ,within 10 minutes they arrived at my house ,and the chap gave me an hand to put them in ,hows that for service ?.    Good local diy shop that has everything and if they do t have it they order it for you. Friendly staff with good honest helpful advice. Prices a little high but to be expected for a small company. Plus saves time having to travel to the bigger known stores.

   Love this place. Local store, not too big but seems to have everything you need for home DIY. It's surprisingly well stocked and if you can't find what you need the staff are always friendly and happy to point you in the right direction. Easy to get to with parking right outside the door. If you want a friendly local business that stocks a fantastic selection of products but you don't want to walk miles up and down aisles, go here.
