Classed as Number 1 breakers, allows staff to drive stacker unticketed and no license, I have video as it was my husband, have undepoluted cars stacked on shelf, can state which cars these are, sell cars to customers that have SERIOUS faults like blue Renault scenic that's currently in yard and seat exeo. Scenic will cut out and asks you to stop immediately, leaks water into passenger footwell front interior heater. A place where health and safety is NOT taken seriously, as there's just been a death in a local scrap yard recently, you'd think they do better.

Went across for a part. Told it was there. Drove 21 miles to get the wrong part. No-ones fault just a different model. It happens. All the staff were friendly and helpful

Helpful, friendly guys, looked for an item that I required and as they didn't have it they recommended where I could possibly get it from instead ........

Terrible customer service, business knowledge and phone etiquete that would have been better demonstrated by a Chimpanzee. Do not try Selling, Scrapping or finding parts for your vehicle from these people! Simply answering the phone with Scrappage and a bored voice does not invoke a welcoming Customer Service Atmosphere and having no knowledge of your businesses operation is diabolical. I knew more about procedures and scrappage than the person answering the phone, if you don't know how to do a job: don't do it! Tried Scrapping my old van with them and they wasted two working days. Quoted me a reasonable price and arranged a pick up so I made sure I was in in the house for the whole day. Phoned up at 5pm to see if they were actually coming and they made up an excuse of trying to call me and not getting through, thus sending drivers home and not trying again to let me know. I had been sat next to and using my phone all day so it was definitely working. Arranged for them to come and pick up the next day from my housemate and was told to call at 9am the next day to arrange it all. Told them that was not possible as I would be working hence calling them and booking the evening before, as you would for any appointment. The next day my housemate tells me they called to say they were not coming again, so I called them to find out why. The first person who picked up the phone, had no idea about the company or what is supposed to happen, then said they would redirect me to the person who deals with Scrappage and Collection. The next person said that the manager had 'Seen' my van and decided he didn't want to buy the vehicle anymore. I then asked to speak to the manager to ask why I was quoted in the first place and was told he was on holiday in Spain. I then asked when he went on holiday, apparently for the last week, so I then asked how he communicated this information after supposedly 'Seeing' the van while in Spain. I pointed out that no one had been to see the van so why they kept saying 'Seen the van' when no one had been out to collect it. After this the operator then gave the reason for not wanting to buy the van saying the parts and vehicle would not be useful to them. This is after already quoting and arranging a pick up day. I stressed that my housemate and I wasted a day of our lives each for this place to decide against its original promised quote and collection, but that didn't seem to bother them. Little to no real sentiment in their apology and no further action from them. I should be invoicing them for the loss of earnings of those days which would work out as twice what they originally quoted for the vehicle anyway. Do not use this place if you want to be respected as another hard working human being who just wants to use the service that they are supposed to provide.
