Called Saturday morning as they are supposed to be VW parts supplier..after the assistant eventually showed up ..with a couldn't be bothered attitude said "you're better going to a VW parts supplier" I'll not bother again and is say to anyone else "don't bother"
Excellent service from Mr E in the parts department very professional and really knows his stuff thank you so much. The service from phone call to delivery driver on his motorbike was first class.
TPSTradeParts Key workers Disappointed that I was turn awAy on the phone at your Warrington site today to order brake shoes for my car. I’ve used TPS for years to get my spares to maintain my car , reason given was trade accounts only in the lock down, the fundamental of staying open in the lock down is to serve key workers, ‘I’m a key worker’ I told your staff that and I can provide proof and their response was ‘sorry trade accounts only still after consulting with another member of staff, let’s hope my porters trolly works when you need me in your moment of crisis TPS.
