If you have a parcel to be delivered here, you have a task, that is you will be told to find your own parcel in their box. :)) Its not a click and collect, it should be click and search-collect
Staff are always polite and is always well-stocked. They are open late every day so perfect store to go to when others are closed. I use this store often to send parcels and it has never failed me. Great little store in a good location.
Had several parcels delivered here with different Amazon codes. Staff scanned codes and gave me some parcels but left one behind. Went the next day and was told they don't have my parcel. Eventually asked them to double check and they found it. Staff then told me that as the codes now don't work they won't give me my parcel despite showing proof of purchase and links to the code for the parcel and offered no visible solutions to the problem. Also very inflated prices on certain products
Do not get your parcels delivered here!! Go somewhere else, even if it's further away! I'm not the type to leave reviews, but the service was so appalling, it seems only fair to warn others. The man behind the counter was so rude and incompetant, he could not be bothered to read a simple label and so I had to come back on 2 consecutive days because he couldn't find my parcel, when in reality it had been there from day one. He tried to ignore me multiple times and send me away and was actively unhelpful. In the end, I actually had to get behind the counter myself to find my parcel! The man behind the counter was also giving alcohol to vulnerable people in exchange for God knows what. This store is a seriously unethical business which should be investigated. Avoid at all costs.
Won't allow you to use card to buy the lottery. Cash only. Nothing to do with card machine not working or anything. You just can only by lucky dips by cash. Absolute joke.
Got an ATM that charges but used it a lot in the evenings. Shop has some good snack and drinks aswell.

Best One is a quick convenience store in Selly Oak where you can get supplies, from bread to snacks and a variety of things. The service was friendly and efficient too.
I'm not sure why these guys are still operating as a click and collect counter. We had four packages delivered but could only get two of them and the owner refused to entertain any form of reasonable solution. Instead, he was rude and aggressive when asked if he could help, despite the fact we had direct advice from ebay about what to do. It was his way or no way and thus, our packages disappeared into the ether. Honestly, if you have to go somewhere further to pick up your packages, go for that option because you have no idea how these cowboys are going to treat them (or if you'll ever get them at all).
