I visited the store in Whiston today as I needed engine oil. The gentleman who served me was very helpful and knowledgeable. He added the oil for me when I told him I wasn't sure how to do it. He even refused to take a tip from me. I was so grateful and I will certainly be telling everyone about how good he was.This pensioner was very happy.
