   Worse customer service I've ever received, four people sat at there desks including the branch manager talking about the formula 1 race at the weekend, whilst I was stood at the counter for waiting for assistance and it wasn't until a person from the warehouse came into the office space that I got any acknowledgement, before leaving the branch I told the four people how disappointed I was with there actions and how disrespectful I thought they were towards me, only for one of the office staff to get aggressive which was totally uncalled for and not very professional, I left the branch without the parts I went in for and called at a small but very friendly car factor shop in Chorley called Wheels and saved myself £14 for similar parts, so I suggest you save yourselves a lot of time and money and do the same. The branch manager rung me up the morning to apologise, pity he didn't do that yesterday and intervene and stop his unprofessional colleague from getting aggressive.

   Really bad customer services Chorley branch. I was waiting for 10mins to be entertained. Office staff was constantly busy on their computers and they were literally 2meters away from the customer desk. Did bother to say hi or to say just give us a minute and someone will see you. Very frustrating and disrespectful behaviour.

   I recently discovered this place existed so ordered what I needed online and popped in to collect. It was very slightly more expensive than the place I was previously using but as it’s alot nearer the shorter journey compensated for that. The staff were friendly and helpful.
