   Ordered a set of rubber mats on Monday night and they arrive Wednesday morning (24th December!). That is what I’m talking about! Best price on the mats as well. Have had lots of parts from LR Centre and always very happy.

   Ordered a rear anti-roll bar for my 110 in September but it sat in the shed unopened until this week. On opening it I realised it contained the wrong fitting kit. I emailed and the team couldn’t have been more helpful, getting it shipped out to me on next day delivery despite being a few days from Christmas. Mistakes happen, but great to have it sorted so quickly.

   This is one of the only providers that was able to get parts shipped to Mexico for my Land Rover and I’ve had quite a few good experiences. Sadly, my latest order contained a couple of kits for the suspension, bushings etc. The invoice however does not list individual parts, only the kit. And all items are in the same box. This lead customs to reject the invoice, telling me that it does not represent the items in the box. I contacted LRParts multiple times, they told me to contact GlobalE, as LRParts does not handle this. And GlobalE does not respond at all. Meanwhile, I get to pay another grand in total for the items, taxes, shipping, storage and destruction of my package. All whilst not receiving a thing, and whilst nobody picks up the phone.

   Like other reviews on here, I've spent a significant amount of my hard earned with this company. But all it takes is one bad experience. I've had 2 bad experiences one of which I let go, but in hindsight shouldn't have let go. Therefore overall; Very Poor. I don't think there's anything positive to say. Unprofessional staff which having spoken to the owner it's no wonder the staff think that good customer service is optional. Absolute liars when it comes to communication about back orders and actual stock levels. It then gets worse when I informed them of the faulty and poor quality item sold to me, which has caused an injured hand - a clear health and safety issue the owners words were: "wipe off the blood and drive the item to our warehouse". No concern for my injury caused by his faulty/unsafe stock and no offer of making the situation right with a full and no quibble refund. An absolute disgrace, but I can see I'm not the only one. Stay well clear.

   I bought a set of roof rails for my 2015 Evoque with a panoramic roof . When I opened the box the parts were made of extremely poor quality parts . There was no instructions inside the box so took the roof rails to a local garage to be fitted . The garage informed me that they cannot be fitted correctly . I contacted LR Centre to inform them that the part don’t fit and I want to return them . I was told to type the part number online or to watch a YouTube video on how to install the rails and if they still don’t fit I could send them back . I’ve sent a few emails asking to return the product with no replies . Ive also called a few times and just been given the cold shoulder each time . I would avoid buying anything from here. Not genuine parts and the aftermarket products are the cheapest Chinese knock offs ever.

   Ordered online an install kit with cables to upgrade my head unit to 2 Din system in my LR4 (Disco 4). Great prices when compared to other market places on the web, and was absolutely amazed that they arrived on my doorstep in Dubai 4 days later. Fantastic service and brilliant value for money. Worked out cheaper to buy from these guys than go through a third party over here. Highly recommend and will be checking their website first next time I'm in need for any LR parts.
