Started using toolstation over the last few months a bit more than competitors due to good pricing and a consistent 5% discount for trades. Jenny has been very friendly, helpful and chatty. Quick service on the click and collect but the actual service in store was really bad. She asked what was on the order to go get it rather than checking the order on the system. Asked if they had any parcel tape in store as we forgot to put it on the click and collect order and rather than checking the stock she just said no. Quick check online shows they had 20+ in stock meaning she just couldn't be bothered to do her job.
I called for a click and collect order today.. the 2 Ladies were very helpfull as they always are.. Excellent service as normal... great atmosphere. Thankyou
Always great service, staff keep an eye on the queue and someone is always ready for drop other jobs to serve customers at the till. Been served a lot recently by Jenny and Phil. Always service with a smile, good knowledge of the products they sell and great teamwork. Whilst one is taking orders, the other is already picking them!! In and out in minutes! Asif
First visit, I tend to use the competition down the road tbh I didn't even know this branch was here as it's all the way in the back. Ordered online and was it ready in about 12 minutes. A few parking spaces there but it's awkward with other businesses in the same lot and I couldn't drive off because of a couple of vehicles looking for a space who all arrived at the same time.
