Turnballs Bathroom Centre. Disgraceful service from start to finish. Three months to correctly deliver parts of new bathroom. Would never use this company again.
Diabolical service. 4 attempts to provide the bathroom furniture, delivering the wrong colour twice, and then incredibly the wrong door size. Wrong radiator and radiator valves, no shower tray raising kit supplied. Failure to deliver the shower panels, the day before delivery meaning we had to settle for an alternative which was a compromise we didn’t want to make. Overall an unacceptably poor performance with little acknowledgement or compensation for the whole debacle. We finally got our bathroom 3 months after the order for the material was placed. I would 100% recommend NOT to use Turnbull for your new bathroom .
Excellent service from Jack and the team, nothing is too much trouble. Our new kitchen looks amazing. Jack has been brilliant from start to finish. We can't wait to start our next bathroom project with Turnbull's. The quality of the products is of the highest standard and great value for money.

We have been using Turnbull's regularly for many years. They have a wide range of products with good stock levels. The staff are knowledgeable, extremally friendly and willing to help find a solution for any job you may have.
After considerable difficulties trying to get a specific paving style, Daniel at Turnbull Newark was excellent in identifying my requirements. As they didn't have the volume I wanted, he arranged for the supplier to deliver direct. Super service with a friendly, responsive approach.

I've been in the building trade for over 25 years and over my time in the trade I've never been more satisfied than when I'm using Turnbull of Newark. The staff in every department are friendly and helpful and very reliable and responsive. I find that I can get most things I want straight away due to there large amount of stock, and it normally takes only a day or two for them to get me the something they don't stock. I find the prices to be extremely competitive and if I can get things cheaper elsewhere I will get them to price match which they often try to beat.
I can't recommend Turnbulls in Newark enough. All the staff we have conversed with were fast, efficient and friendly. There is never a job/order too big or a job too small and are always reasonably priced and go above and beyond with their customer service. Highly Recommended!
