I came to do some boxing and MMA after a long break from boxing in my youth. Frank ignited the same passion I had from being a child and even managed to teach me lots of new martial art skills. Franks a great guy and a great coach! The overall atmosphere of the gym put me at ease right away as the regulars couldn't have been more welcoming.
First visited in 2021. Nothing but impressed by the dedication of the two owners Frank and Talita. Great venue for exercise, boxing and MMA.
I've been training with Frank's for over 2 years. It's the best martial arts training I've ever had in my 15 years of experience. Excellent facilities with top, professional coaching. They are there to get you fit, improve your skills and support you along the way.
