After ordering parts for my qashqai I can't praise this company enough the parts are good quality and the delivery is exceptional
Cheap roof rails that only use 1 fixing point per corner when it should be 2. No rubber on the bottom so will scratch the roof. Hence them being a third of the price compared to the original manufacturer parts. The roof bars are not bad quality but also not great. My honest opinion steer clear and buy from reputable companies.
My order went wrong but theyve been really good at resolving the issue promtly and efficiently which is refreshing

Be careful buying from this company. Purchased roof bars which were suppose to be for the make and model of car I own. However the bars were too long, they suggested I cut the bars to fit which I was not prepared to do, they agreed to a refund so I returned the bars, only to find they have not issued a refund. I am still trying to get the refund, difficulty is they don't answer the phone and will only communicate by what app messages. They appear to be a bunch of cowboys. Still waiting for my refund despite being told 'we will issue it tomorrow'. I've also have tracking details showing the roof bars were returned and recieved by parttech.
I ordered some roof bars which arrived and are too long to fit my car, despite the webiste saying they fit. Emailed them and not received a reply and called 6 times over two days with nobody answering the phone. After spending £63 with them, I now have to go buy some more bars elsewhere. Spend you money somewhere else!
