Worst garage in whole world in the office they act very professional but in the shop I think they have kids working,or very inexperienced people prices are extremely high and you actually pay for the worst experience of your life I'm just curious about the person saying that garage is ok I'm sure those reviews are fake!!
Been using lindons garage for around 5-6 years now. It’s common for motorist to say. Garage’s always rip you off. But for me I’ve never had that feeling from lindons. Quality staff and very polite. Would recommend to friends an family. 10/10.
Needed a new wiper blade so called in today, job was all done and i was driving away in less than 5 minutes. Staff were really friendly to. I will return next time I need something done.
Can't understand the negative reviews here. I've been to Lindons many times and always found the staff friendly and professional. Diagnostics always spot on - would definitely recommend.
Got an appointment for today at 4 a clock for mot. The phone number is for appointments only, no information is provided. I went before by car to Vauxhal where I didn't paid anything because I didn't pass the mot. The ladies at the reception are very rude, they yell at you and they don't know how to explain the situation. The one which takes the appointments slapped the sheet in front of me and told me to pay cash or card without explaining why or how I could solve the problems with the car. I don't think it's normal at all to pay for something that hasn't passed. I got the worst possible experience with the people at Lindons Garage.
I use this garage all the time for both cars and motorcycles, the reception staff are very friendly and accommodating and the mechanics professional and thorough. I find the prices pretty reasonable. I live locally and I would not go anywhere else. Great service all round.
Needed to get my motorbike an mot and noticed their ad in the champion newspaper, heard a few mixed things when I asked around but let me put any negative fears to bed! These guys are absolutely fantastic, my bike failed it’s mot due to its headlight being an led not a normal one. He came and told me and then he searched the whole garage to find a spare bulb! He chucked some tools at me and said shout me when you done. I changed the bulb myself and the bike passed in 30 mins! Honestly if it wasn’t for him looking for that bulb and lending me the tools to change it I’d have been stuck with no transport for work. £29 for my mot and £5 for the bulb, well I can’t complain one bit! Thanks lindons I’ll be back when I need anything else doing!
Had a van with a suspected broken fuel pump. Took the advice of another local mechanic who told me to buy £400 worth of replacement parts then wouldn't return my calls to come and fit them. Rang over 30 other mobile mechanics to do the job - most of whom didn't want to know. Those who did wanted £600 labour. Found Lindons who came and collected my van for £60. Got it into their garage and found and fixed the problem in an hour - air in the return lines. All-in cost me just £90. Van is purring like a cat once again. Cannot thank the guys at Lindons enough. Wished I'd have called them sooner. Would have saved £400 in useless parts and 6 weeks of lost time calling every bum mechanic from Preston down to Liverpool.
I had a flat tyre and pulled in to Lindon's just as they were closing, the garage soon had me sorted even if their mechanic had to stray behind a few minutes. That's fantastic service to me and I cannot recommend them highly enough after all the other places I tried calling were too busy to assist. I have since been back for work on my car's air conditioning. The staff were very professional and had the part my car needed the very next day which is impressive considering the time it was when I contacted them.
