Didn’t give me any info on my order for a week then told me there was a stock problem then said they sent me a refund haven’t gotten it and giving no help terrible first experience

Had a bit of an issue with a misunderstanding with my engineering company, basically got the wrong size pistons, after speaking to Andrew he very quickly reassured me,send the ones back that were incorrect and i will send out the replacements next day , fantastic service and great company to do business with. Recently I posted a three star revue regarding the delivery of some circlips that turned out to be the wrong size. After contacting Andrew at IMD Pistons he was very understanding and honest as to the reason that they were wrong. I have now received the correct size of circlip in the post and admit that a tree star revue was a bit harsh. So keep up the good work IMD as we all need these parts.
