I had a pair of Pirelli tyres fitted to my motorcycle whilst I waited. In and out in a little over an hour. Superb, pristine workshop and knowledgeable, experienced staff. I was also advised about a couple of minor safety issues on the bike...it's brand new ! The front wheel was mounted incorrectly and the chain was excessively tight. Both issues sorted for me as part of the process of fitting the new tyres. Excellent service at a reasonable price. I will definitely return to Demon Tweeks for my next pair of tyres !

Amazing experience! The shop is definitely worth having a look around. They also have a driving simulator, don't know how you go about having a little play. 2 beautiful looking cars to have a look around! But all in all it has Friendly staff and very helpful and get you sorted out without waisting time. I got a pair of tyres for my yzf600r (painted myself) they feel amazing and worth the price! Will definitely do business with them again 100%.
Ordered some adjustable drop links with a 2 week lead time. Over 2 weeks pass and still no drop links but more importantly no communication from DT. So rang customer service waited about 20 minutes and spoke to a representative who sounded like he couldn't really be bothered and told me my order would be another 3 weeks to which I cancelled the order with immediate effect. Definitely won't bother with this company again...
Brilliant event at demon tweeks. Excellent turn out. Perhaps next year some more food/drinks vans? The one van had a huge queue all morning Glad we arrived early to get a decent parking spot.
I've ordered stuff in the past and received items pretty quick. I don't know what's going on at DemonTweeks but the customer service is severely lacking. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for some springs to be delivered. I acknowledge the back order wait was 8 days which was fine but there was zero communication from DemonTweeks about the delay. I chased via email and kept being told, 'springs are on backorder and should be shipped soon' I am aware of this but when can I expect delivery. Customer service has gone downhill and processing/shipping times are painfully slow going. I've sent an email asking for a refund; hopefully this won't take 2 weeks to be acknowledged.
Had new tyres fitted to my motorbike there. Possibly the most professional garage set up I’ve used in all my years on the road and I’m in the trade. Excellent customer service, great workmanship on the bike and really competitive on price. Highly recommend.
Bought a set of bilstein suspension off Demon Tweeks and had it fitted by themselves. A year later a rear strut failed so I got into contact with Demon Tweeks and they told me that the only way for the warranty to work was if I bought a new strut for £175 and they'll refund it after they find out what caused the old one to fail. A few weeks go by and they inform me that they have sent it to bilstein themselves to investigate. A few days later I receive my old strut with no sign of it going anywhere apart from demon tweeks. I called them and asked them what was going on and they told me that the old one was fine. I tried to call them for weeks after and got nowhere. Total time wasters. And absolute jokers.
