   Staff is either lazy or ignorant. Few weeks back I got a Halloween costume for a child that clearly displayed £4.99 on it. At the checkout the woman said it scans £5.99. It was only a poind so I didn't argue. Then went back few days ago and got Bic pencils with a new price of £3.50. I went home checked the receipt and it was scanned £5. If they rip off £1 or £1.5 from each customer, then it adds up to a substantial amount. I won't be returning to this store.

   So, the All New store opens it's doors. Packed with customers which is a good thing right ?. The store is full of quality stuff this time around. The old wilkos lost its way years ago. Sadly though, the isles are crammed with goods making it extremely hard for anyone to walk around. If you're physically disabled or in a wheelchair then it’s tough luck. It’s very hard to manoeuvre around. The management needs to sort this quickly. At the checkout a young female assistant served Here me very ineffectively. There was literally no communication not even asking for money of the total value for my goods, no good morning no goodbye.. Simple shortcomings which should be quickly and easily fixed.

   Just been in and bought a pick and mix got home and read the receipt they have charged me for two I’m assuming he’s gone yeah two cups all because they are stacked because the cup I was using had a split in it so stacked them. Maybe next time go sorry our cups are garbage but that will be double the price £9 for a pick and mix. Absolute joke. Talk about day light robbery I was none the wiser times are hard enough as it is and now you can’t even buy a treat without being robbed senseless and people say a carrier bag is a rip off extra card board cup doubles the price truly shocking. Thanks wilko

   It's a nice bright household goods store, sells a variety of items from cleaning products to decorating supplies, make up , toiletries ,pet foods and supplies, and a whole lot more. Prices are comparable with other stores. Staff are mostly helpful, clean and tidy store
