We found the staff to be really helpfull and friendly. They went beyond the normal to help and get a shower delivered the next day. This is not the first time either. Brilliant
Lady working in the shop had a very poor attitude. When being asked about an item(which you can clearly hear has something broken inside) she just got defensive about it and suggesting to leave if I dont like it as she never had any returned. I would suggest to learn some customer service skills as this type of attitude just makes a customer feel very unwelcomed and no one should be treated this way. FIRST AND LAST TIME shopping there.

Good local shop, which sell nearly everything but the reason for 3 stars is the customer service. Could do with going onto a customer service course. Hello, thank you and good bye makes a big difference.
