    My daughter has danced at Turners for nearly 9 years now. She absolutely loves it! She started with the Street when she was 7 which was such fun for that age. She has progressed through different styles and now does 5 classes a week. The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and supportive. They have high expectations but in a caring and fun environment. It keeps her fit and active but, most importantly, she has made friends for life. I am so pleased I took her along to that first lesson! Highly recommended!

    Turners Dance Studio have been so supportive of my daughter. She attended Mini Movers with Lizzie which she loved and ran to every week. When she moved up into a new class she really struggled with the new style of dancing. All the teachers were so supportive and encouraging, they were patient and kind. My daughter made the decision to leave the class and Steph was so sympathetic and understanding. She suggested that my daughter took a break-not once did she try and make her stay if she wasn’t enjoying it. After nine months, my daughter decided to return to a new class and Turners welcomed her with open arms. She is thriving and loves her new class. Recently, she has had a number of weeks off due to other commitments, Turners were really understanding, even though they have a showcase in June. At my suggestion (not Turners), my daughter is having a private lesson to catch up, which PM (her teacher) supported and arranged. Both this private lesson and weekly lessons are extremely good value for money. I would recommend Turners whether children want to compete in competitions or just dance for fun.

    Turners is an amazing school. We travel across the Pennines to be apart of this wonderful professional dance school. My daughter has danced at turners for several years and has gained not only friendships but awards and has been given ample opportunities and experiences. They treat their students with respect and praise and put everything in to achieving such high standards. Highly recommend dance school with amazing teachers.

    My daughter has been at Turners for just over two years and she absolutely loves it. Everyone, the staff, the children and the parents were incredibly welcoming to us and the experience has been nothing but positive. My daughter attends various classes and her technique and confidence has improved tremendously. They expect the children to work hard whilst also having a great time and this teaches them discipline and gives them great joy when they achieve something great. I would highly recommend Turners if your child has interest in dancing or musical theatre.

    Started as beginners with ballroom and Latin. Teachers are soooooo good and they are good fun - in fact you are learning to dance through fun. We never stop laughing or maybe arguing over who put the wrong foot first but it is fun learning. And we are certainly much better in about 8 weeks than when we started. Give it a go. You'll love it!
