Purchased a part told me to collect, drove from Leeds to tell me they have closed and all staff gone home will have to come back the next day!!! 2hr 30 min drive each way!! Wouldn't waste my time with these guys. 0 stars
Really good experience here, mechanics were great, and very helpful. I pulled up quite late in the afternoon on the chance they could do my air con regas, and they were more than happy to fit it in. Really pleased with everything, excellent price. Highly recommended.
Older Gentlemen on the desk super unhelpful said everybody was busy, which is not lads fault.was a cash in hand job to strip some parts he said they were all too busy today was a five minute job they were not busy. They were all having a chat in middle of yard which is fair enough but the guy was just not wanting to be helpful as soon as I walked in.
Helpful and good prices, cheaper than buying online. I would definitely recommend. They take card payments but there was an issue with the card machine, luckily I had cash too, so maybe plan to take cash if you go just incase.
Bought an exhaust for my mk4 golf off the guys and 10/10 experience both customer service and quality of exhaust, no leaks or issues installing. Many thanks again and would highly recommend!
Engine purchase- Helpful from start to finish, Made sure it was the correct engine & delivered in the time mentioned, Very knowledgeable lads. Had an issue with install from another mechanic, but Neptune were more than happy to help try get to the bottom and offer solutions to resolve it; did their absolute most to make sure it was as stress free as they could possibly make it, whilst also helping get to the bottom of the the install issue, Can’t thank them enough 5*’s

Excellent service, refilled air conditioner, working great. Very helpful service, also gave advice to improve running of air con moving forward. Also gave advice related to radiator and locking nut removal on wheels. Dan was very friendly and helpful.
