Really easy booking process and great customer service from start to finish! The work done to my car was not only quick but thorough, I’ve been to Formula One Chester a few times now and have found them to not only be reliable and honest but the best garage around!

Paid on line ( Black circle) £700+ waited almost a week for the tyres booked in today (29th) for 10am arrived 15 minutes early to be told that the tyres had not arrived? Probably in the next delivery pm today they would contact me on arrival. This never happened. I rang Black circle to be told the tyres WERE there and Formula would ring, yet again this never happened. I rang Black circle again this afternoon again they rang Formula who said that the next appointment they would offer was at 1500hrs Saturday (30th) Totally unacceptable customer service by Formula one tyres of Chester. Tell the truth and most people will be accommodating, Otherwise you will be getting more responses like this. If I was able to give you no stars that what you would get. I will now cancel my order and await a refund.
Definitely won’t recommend this company book 2 tyres with it they damage my both tyres TPMS sensor and force to do Alignment and pay me extra for it they told me any issues within 15 days in alignment come back I went there same week and informed them about alignment and TPMS both they skipped about TPMs and I think they damage my TPMs on purpose to ripping more then they give me another report of estimate price £958,I asked them I can’t afford this one right now just do alignment again as they promised me ,never happened very unprofessional company is this one only ripping of costumer even the manager lie on my face.I think they have no idea how to be in this business.ESPECIALLY CHESTER BRUNCH. Don’t waste your time and money to go there not worth it
Booked and payed online arrived 15 minutes early as advised, i was greeted by staff on reception who were very friendly, keys were given and car was taken into garage, two new front tyres fitted and balanced, work completed in a very reasonable time and a quality job done, Very pleased Excellent service
Enquired about new run flat tyres on the phone, Wayne suggested I come in so they could look at the problem. Sean was very welcoming. Brent diagnosed and fixed a puncture in rear tyre which had plenty of tread left. Great service today, thanks guys will definitely be getting new tyres from Formula One when the time comes. Outstanding.
Could not fault my experience with Formula One Autocentres in Chester! They got me booked in straight away, and had my repairs done the same day! Shawn had such friendly and informative customer service and was upfront and honest about costs. As a young woman it can be a difficult experience having car troubles! 10/10
Amazing Service. Rang in the morning and was able to drop off the same day to be checked. Great communication and drove away in the evening with my car all fixed. Could not be happier and now we are loyal customers.
Excellent. I just called in without an appointment to see if they could test my car’s battery, as I’d had trouble starting the car that morning. They did the test on the spot with no charge and no hard sell. The battery was fine so back to drawing board but the guys at formula 1 were great, I’d definitely go back again if I need any work doing.
After visiting the Chester store 4 times which took me 40mins to get there the 1st 3 times the generator was broken and no one had the decency to phone me to cancel the appointments I had and on my 4th visit I was told the tyres i purchased online were not there I never received any apology so asked for refund definitely would not recommend or use again
