   Manor Garage are absolutely brilliant! My car was in the Audi garage for 3.5weeks and they couldn't find the issue and wanted to charge me about £300 for diagnostics. Audi admitted that I'd had such poor service that they would move my car for free. I'm so glad that I had my car moved to manor Garage. Within hours of the car arriving in the garage they had diagnosed the issue, the parts were ordered and fitted the NEXT DAY. The team at Manor Garage also had top class customer service! Thanks guys.

   Recently purchased a fiesta ST and had no paperwork or history with the vehicle so I asked Manor Garage if they can have a look as I thought there may have been a few repairs needed and they were very helpful with my request. They had a look over the car free of charge and advised on a couple of bits that need doing in the future. They weren't pushy like other garages and were very honest. Fully recommend using this garage.

   I visited Manor to get a diagnosis on a smashed door mirror unit on my Audi. Being my normal cynical self, I fully expected them to say that the whole unit as well as the mirror would need replacing. One of their engineers came out and spent the best part of 15 minutes trying to re-engage the unit into its locking fasteners. After a lot of effort he succeeded and confirmed that all I would need would be a replacement mirror that Manor could order from Audi. I got a call to say this had arrived the next day and the same engineer fitted the mirror within 5 minutes. I thanked him and went into the office to pay the bill - £65 instead of the £400-£500 that the full unit would have cost to replace. Having paid the bill, I returned to my car to find the engineer polishing the mirror unit having applied some solvent to remove the glue that had come off the masking tape that had been holding the unit together for the last week. Absolutely brilliant customer care which will be rewarded by them being my garage of choice for all my future service needs.
