   Well, the staff are still the helpful souls they always have been, but in light of the current situation it must be difficult for them. The shelves are half empty, popular brands are missing entirely and the prices have hiked beyond most people’s pockets. Wilko has always been my go-to store but I’m afraid I will be looking elsewhere in future. Sorry

   The store didn't appear to be particularly well stocked. I did get what I needed but had quite a faff finding my items. I like Wilko's so I'm a bit loathed to only give 4stars. I also had an issue with the online click and collect service. After ordering my items online and being told to collect the items at the Sutton-in-Ashfield store I was then told the items aren't in stock, so I had to cancel my order and go to another store in Mansfield. Time wasting and very inconvenient. I'm aware this is not the fault of the individual store. But clearly there is a fault with the larger click and collect system in general.

   This shop is ok but the paint selection is not good looking round for ages for gloss paint managed to get a tin out of a different shelf we're other paints we're shelfs need restocking....the staff were quite helpful never the less..

   A great place to shop very competitive prices and good selection of goods. A very clean and well presented business. The management, are very helpful and fair and there to listen to any complaints. Its one of best places to shop. All prices are very reasonable.

   This branch now allows well behaved dogs to accompany their owners. I didn't see any dogs shopping today! They have a fairly wide range of everyday basic items at reasonable prices and l was able to, as usual, buy everything l required. However, they haven't got a huge choice in,for example, bed linen so if you were wanting something more unique a specialist shop would be a better option. Both members of staff l spoke with were helpful and friendly. The aisles are wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and there is disabled parking nearby. Note that only the front entrance is now open.

   Visited during 1st June around 12pm. We've avoided going as the queue has always been fairly long but today there were only about 10 people in front and we were in the store around 10 mins later. They were out of stock of 1 of the things we wanted but can't be helped. Everyone abiding by distancing rules and staff lovely and helpful/chatty.
