I placed my order and was told that particular size isn't in stock but suggested an alternative and this turned out to be cheaper than the sawmill I'd been to previously. This is the second time I've used Jackson's due to being let down elsewhere, they will be my 'go to' from now on. Helpful staff, prices are as expected. Worth a visit.”

“DIY store with a wide range of items available. The quality of all of their products is outstanding. Some items are a little pricey, but they are well worth it. They also now have access via Ilkeston road, so you no longer have to go around the back to enter. Parking is also available at the front on Ilkeston road.”

“Visited during 1st June around 12pm. We've avoided going as the queue has always been fairly long but today there were only about 10 people in front and we were in the store around 10 mins later. They were out of stock of 1 of the things we wanted but can't be helped. Everyone abiding by distancing rules and staff lovely and helpful/chatty.”

“Very quick service and can easily check stock before you travel. Also possible to buy and then collect to ensure things don't sell out whilst traveling. Plenty of parking which is free. Staff are helpful. Only issue is getting out of the car park when you want to go towards Sutton, it can be difficult especially if you are not a confident driver. In this situation, go left and then try to turn time or go around the a38 and back in on one of the other routes.”
