Self checkout to many times refuses to accept contactless payment. Card machine works terribly when entering the pin number and no one fixes that for at least a year now.
Went to pick up my parcel, they couldn't find. A staff told me to come back next day and that he was going to investigate. When I came back, he said that he told me to check with delivery company myself. When remind him saying he will investigate, he replied "if you said so". No empathy, no customer service skill. Thanks to another staff who check the back and the camera, he was nicer that that stupid guy. First and last time at that co-op.
All the staff have changed. They so lazy and don't have any customer service training whatsoever. The woman didn't know how to use my NUS discount card and when she called the manager his aittude was well if it's not scanning then you can't use it. I said but your display is even stating you can use your NUS card here it has worked before. They hadn't done it right because after 5 minutes it worked. Disappointing though if the manager aittude like that then the rest of the staff will follow his example!
It OK. Just like any other supermarket. Staff seemed nice. Some prices are just simply too high. Plants were all dead and disappointing. All they need is a bit of water. Need to stick value items.
Car parks a bit dodgy. Small entrance and exit. Cash machine free. Good choice of beers and foods. But always seems a que.
I like this shop staff are nice, ques sometimes, but the new self service tills help. # just a note no UPS drop off as stated on UPS search #
As much as I like shopping there and they are quite helpful, the car park is a nightmare. It is so uneven and forever tripping over the uneven brickwork. My father is 89 years old and tripped up and fell on his hip that was replaced earlier, luckily he is ok but was really shaken up. Please please get this sorted it is getting worse. Thank you Dawn Bottrell.
Never has stock in and they refused to sell me a red bull even after I showed my ID because I was shopping with a minor?Get your priorities straight.
