I would like to say how amazing the staff are in this co-op Maxine/ lee/ Rachel/ carol / Kelly just a few amazing staff plenty more nothing is two much trouble they go out of their way to help you and I feel safe shopping in this shop so thank you all ann
Staff were amazing. I went in with my service dog and was having a medical fit my dog alerted me. And the staff Kelly was amazing and helped me and made sure I was safe. The only thing I am angry at is I tried to ring customer support to give me feed back in how amazing the staff where to be told oh they doing there job and then put the phone down on me. Customer service you need to get ur act together and actually eknowledge when your stores do amazing.
I entered this shop approx 8 weeks ago and was discriminated against. Caroline and her two staff followed me around the shop for a while until i asked them if everything is ok. I was told i had 'previous' - I asked them what that meant, I was told for stealing. This left me in distress and lead to me have several panic attacks. All three staff were shouting at me in front of customers, I had one memeber of staff right next to me and one at both ends of the end of the isle. This was unprofessional also Bullying! I tried to reason with them, at a low tone but they still insisted that it was me. The staff were acting like CID !! I offered to show I'D, but this wasn't enough! It's easy to discriminate, just remember the effects it can have. I understand people ge things wrong, however the three staff members were bullys and insisted it was me. I sent a formal complaint to co-op foods complaint team regarding my experience and was advised the only thing they can do is have word. Apparently theres nothing else they can do. I have never stolen anything. I am a hard working professional. Co-op you should support your customers. I am currently looking into legal advice as i wouldn't want other innocent customers to have to go through what i have.
Helpful staff and I hope the newest member of staff keeps up the quality service.
Rude customer service, supervisor/managers is miserable. Asked if they had a certain product, she replied NO. Did not even make eye contact and continued talking to her colleagues. This place has always been like this

Some of the staff are rude especially the 1 the one serving on Saturday morning. the manger short blonde hair has an absolutely disgusting attitude never smiles no thank you etc I'm a regular at the shop she doesn't talk to Asian but is fine with the white customers she needs to be sent for customers services training and observing you wont get response if you give negative reviews
Me and my partner shop here almost every other day, friendly staff and always packed shelves cant complain about it does its job
