I tried a few times to telephone this company as I wanted to place a sizeable order. However, after a few ring out tones, my call was disconnected. Disgusting and frustrating. I definitely will not be placing any orders now or in the future with this cowboy venture.
Specifically ordered with the promise of delivery Wednesday. They never turned up and now won’t turn up until Monday. Will never order again nor will I recommend. These tiles aren’t cheap and with the expensive delivery then you expect to have the guaranteed delivery and some sort of communication if they aren’t going to turn up. I didn’t ask for a specific day of delivery for no reason at all. Don’t bother ordering from here.
Easy to find place with good showroom and plenty of stock to take away on the day. Friendly helpful staff . Had to go from top to bottom as wanted full brick slip at the top . Product is easy to use and looks brilliant when finished :)
High Quality material and on time delivery... i would definitely recommend.
Easy to deal with, very helpful and I love the colour of the slips we chose. Samples turned up very quickly and it was helpful to have these first. I would recommend these to anyone.
