    Firstly, they dropped off the same order again a week later — even though I hadn’t ordered it! Then, when I reported the issue, they decided to take away the blocks from my original order, which were in much better condition than the ones they dropped off the second time. Also leaving them stacked on top of each other on an incline.The two packs of blocks were clearly labelled as part of my original order and to be left alone! They were also both next to each other so no chance of them toppling over unlike now stacked unsafely!. This really shouldn’t have happened.

    I don’t get the point of leaving delivery instructions for them to just not listen and dump it in the most inconvenient place possible?
