   Staff on phone/desk are clueless and rude. Drivers are arrogant, selfish and disrespectful. Terrible company, don’t know what’s happened because gt used to be good. Hopefully they go bust and Lea Southport soon.

   Got number plates made but quality was poor so went back and second batch were the same. Went to Halfords and got them made up plus fitting and they were 100% superior and staff were fantastic. Went back today to get refund and explain the problem. The lady never apologised or look me in the eye and made me feel very uncomfortable and like a criminal as she asked if I had the original plates (which she told me to keep as no use to them). While driving out I saw her outside in car park having a fag looking at my new number plates (done by Halfords) I realised she thought I’d put the original plates on they had done and was trying to con them… crazy… if I’d had time I’d have got out my car and asked her….customer service 0%
