The whole process was fuss-free. The website was easy to navigate and get exactly what I wanted. Once at the workshop things went smoothly, staff were friendly and before we knew it we drove off with four new tyres.
Jack, who I dealt with was friendly, polite & very helpful when I had an enquiry about oil when dropping my car off for its service. He explained everything I needed to know about the most suitable one for my car. The car was ready in a couple of hours & I was again greeted warmly by Jack. I asked him about the next service & what it entailed so he told me what is included & what other checks are also done. I am more than happy with the service I received & Jack was a great example of good customer service. Because of this i will rebook next year. Thank you Jack.
Had a new tyre fitted. Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to book, paid online, nice friendly staff, waited in the comfortable waiting room for 20 minutes and job done, drove off with new wheel and had an invoice sent to me through email. Well done ATS keep up the good work.
I always use this branch for my MOT . Team are professional, efficient, knowledge and get the job done. Unlike other companies they dont look to get find faults to get extra work out of you. They are very good and doing what you ask and getting you on your way quickly. I've used them for about 5 years now and never had any complaints.
My car was taken in for wheel alignment at the Chester branch. I asked the centre if I could collect the vehicle shortly after closing - they confirmed this was OK (no warnings, no advice about parking at my own risk etc.) Collected the vehicle shortly after closing and it has a huge dent in the bumper! of course they don't have CCTV when requested, zero signage around the carpark, and trying to state the below - "Vehicles left on our premises outside of business hours are done so at the owner's risk, and this is something we always aim to make clear when such arrangements are made." I asure you, not one thing was mentioned to me about my own risk at any stage and I'll never know who done it because they don't have CCTV, it could of been done be the centre staff as far as I'm aware. I appreciate 90% of the time when it's going good, ATS will provide a good service, however, if it goes wrong, do not expect them to provide the service you'd expect from a national company.... expect them to try worm out of it - like a backstreet garage.

I arrived on a breakdown truck, in the middle of a very busy day. I could not have asked for a more personal and efficient response to my predicament. Valve ripped out of tyre by air line at local supermarket as I was preparing the car for a trip to Cornwall tomorrow. By the time I had grabbed some lunch over the road , the repair was completed.
