   DVLA recommended this place so, wandered in this morning wanting my old car scrapping. Three hours later, done and dusted, cheque in the bank, every thing explained to me. Couldn't be easier. ,....Three working days later, got car tax back, got my certificate of destruction. Well pleased.

   Told them I was coming to collect front headlamp Saturday when I got there I spoke to a person there was 3 people there and one off them said to me we don’t take parts off a car on Saturday so I said .I told person on messenger I was coming Saturday to pick up part and they said that’s fine then I said to him I have travelled around 10 miles to get here plus paid Tunnel fees then the person said to me well I sold that part other day.To be honest I think they don’t want to do anything on a Saturday plus bad customer service definitely will never buy off them again

   Does what it says in the tin, local drop of point, freindly enough staff, load your scrap on the scales and they pay you for it. Gave £300/ton for truck batteries Aug22, Ash Metals giving £400/ton, but not worth the drive.
