   Absolutely can not fault the customer service I recieved. Placed on order on monday, within an hour I received a phone call telling me the juice I had ordered was discontinued and shouldn't of been on the website, Kieran managed to pick me a mix and match of the same flavour without any hesitation and even threw in a freebie for the inconvenience. 10/10 will 100% be ordering again for more juices and pods for my vape.

   Great service today. I have tried caps in the past. Never been able to find the right one. Went in today the gentleman serving there was fantastic help. Explained how they work best liquids to use. I brought one he filled it in the shop for me. I tried it before I left as advised just to make sure I was sure. Excellent service. I will be going back for my refills.

   Edit: just wanted to add the email that I’ve just received from this company. Completely unprofessional- have reported to trading standards. Jen, Very silly to give us a 1 star review when all we done was to do our job properly in which we did and to help work out the problem. I will be adding a response to your 1 star response together with our Royal Mail account manager. Next time you know you are going on holiday then order well before you go. (School girl error) You ordered on Monday after our 3pm cut off and the order went out on Tuesday. Have a nice holiday Kind Regards Neil Ordered on Monday (post cut off) for despatch on Tuesday (Royal Mail 48 hours) however item didn’t actually leave the warehouse until last night. Neil tried to fob me off but Royal Mail confirmed that they didn’t despatch when they said they did. Asked for a refund as purchased for a holiday and he refused and is now not replying to my emails. Avoid.
