    We've just had some horrendous snow here in Crookes. My bathroom was freezing because of air trapped in the radiator. I phoned up Crookes Hardware asking if they had any radiator keys.The lady said yes but she was closing in a few minutes. She asked where I was and I told her how close my house is to her shop. She agreed to stay open for another 5 minutes so we wouldn't freeze in the bathroom over the weekend. That's great service.

    Britain was built on business like this. Expert advice on hand. Never too busy to find you exactly what you need. Check out me barbecue project, they helped massively. Forget B&Q or Wickes where you get blank looks and disinterest, support local. I mean where else can you buy a single M8 bolt and a washer. See you there! Ps. No keys cut on Thursday!
