Fantastic local shop, really friendly staff who are always cheerful and happy to help. They take time to help you to get the best discounts by using your coop card. There are always good offers in store and a good seasonal range. The shop also has additional services such a as parcel drop off and lottery tickets. There is a car park with 30 minutes free parking.

Be carful of unclear and very short stay parking now. I went there to do a small shop. Took 50 mins from parking to leaving with my car. Got a £100 fine. There were no signs and it's far too short a length of time to park. No chance of me returning.

Went to collect a parcel, the member of staff tried to insist it wasn't there. After repeatedly asking me if I was sure it was supposed to be there, and going off and coming back empty handed, he eventually found it. Shouldn't take 15 minutes to fetch a parcel. I observed he was also incredibly slow to serve another customer in front of me whilst the queue built up.

Ignored by one member of staff the rest are fine, dont know his name. Stock supplies inconsistent, no paracetamol on thecshrlf for a while.

Fantastic staff, I visited a couple of weeks ago. I had just finished my delivery round, it was pouring down with rain and I had lost my pen to complete my delivery sheets. I popped into this store only to find they did not sell pens. The very helpful assistant got me a pen from their back office so I didn't have to go across the green in the awful weather. Thank you for your thoughtfulness, it meant a lot.

What makes this place is the staff, very friendly and welcoming. I used to hate the co-op where I used to live towards moseley because the staff were very rude. But when i moved to kings norton it was a totally different experience. The shop is well laid out, good choice of food (and good beer) and air conned also. I use the store every day for basics, deffo recommend

The staff here find it good customer service to accuse a vulnerable adult of stealing or attempting to steal! A young man (member of staff) not only thinks it's ok to make up the fact that he saw this vulnerable adult possibly stealing he has also been seen giving this vulnerable adult awful looks every time the vulnerable adult goes into the shop ( I gave witnessed this personally) I am absolutely disgusted at this and will be taking this much much further!!!

This new addition kings Norton is defiantly a welcomed store. The selection of produce is slim and minimal in comparison to the sister store located .3 miles down the road in cotteridge.lovely polite staff work there the opening hours are not correct on the board outside but it all in all a wellcome addition to kings Norton.
