Blonde lady at the checkout on Sunday blanked me when I was trying to pay as she was too busy having a chat over her headset - I had to use the self checkout instead.

Went to collect a too good to go bag. I arrived and showed the lad the app. He said just wait a few mins. I did. Then another guy cane down and said sorry we have nothing to give you and then cancelled it. I explained I'd driven 15 mins to get there and he said it wasn't his fault it was the staff in the morning. Terrible experience.

Was treated with such disrespect when I went to collect my prepaid Good To Go. It wasn't ready, which I was happy to wait. "Duty Manager" was rude and argumentative. Which I ignored. I then saw an advert for 2 vapes for £10.00, I asked the teller for two and she said, might not be £10.00 at the till! At that point I left with only my prepaid Go To Go, which was awful. No customer service there.

We moved just down the road about a year and a half ago. So this is now our most local shop for essentials, especially when you need to pop out for something you forgot. I will say that since I've moved here, and having popped in quite frequently, I have not once had any negative interaction with a member of staff. On the contrary everyone is very friendly and helpful. I will add that they do amazing reductions on items approaching their sell by date. They are way better than reductions at other stores I've seen. My only complaint - which is about coop as a whole and nothing to do with this particular store - is that some items (when not reduced at the above mentioned amazing rate) can be quite expensive compared to other supermarkets.

I have been using this branch for a few years now and the shop is always clean, All the staff are wonderful and always help you if needed. As a disabled customer this is most appreciated. The staff make this a safe and pleasant environment to shop, I highly recommend x

I found the security guard who was working this afternoon (5th July) incredibly rude. I did not appreciate being glared at when I entered the store, and being made to feel as if I was doing something wrong. If a security guard is supposed to make the community feel safer, then on this occasion the opposite was achieved.

I popped in new year's Day for basics, for the first time in a couple of months.. I was quite shocked to find that the previously high standards to manage potential covid transmission had evidently slipped. I'd previously found this store to be one of the best through the early pandemic and it felt safe and well run. Today it looked like we were in tier 1 rather than 4. Whereas there was previously security on the door actively managing store numbers there was now none and the vast majority of customers had no masks on. There was no active one way, I grabbed what I needed and got out fast. I won't be going back for a while.. I get that we're all under pressure etc but why let standards slip.?
