    Very rude rudest staff.Not worth to come for shopping again.Just stoped for a snake and card decline twice but the way staff shout on me I can’t believe.its normal sometimes it’s happening with card.I paid cash but staff look will never forget,unbelievable

    Really helpful kind and caring staff. A useful selection of groceries given the shop is small, and so it is restricted in what it can offer. I have been using this store for the last 7 years and never had an issue.

    Poor staff training. When I questioned the man at the counter if he new the rules of allowing the customers dog running around the shop, he asked a young female assistant what the rules are. I would expect he was afraid of asking the customer to take the dog outside because of her skin colouring.

    Friendly staff, most of Staff are willing to help with anything, even carry bags out for you, always greeted with a smile, lovey to hear staff having a laugh with customers.

    Couple weeks ago my dad went there to buy a pack of cigarettes, his account was charged 3 times (over a few days) for one item. Went there next day to sort out the issue, but been told to come back next day to the manager. Manager refused any help and investigation, was rude and treated my dad as if he was trying to pull a scam. Definitely wouldn't recommend shopping at this place.

    Very handy local neighbourhood store. Store's biggest asset is the staff who are so helpful and friendly and will exchange a few friendly words while serving you. Merry Christmas to you all and thanks for the excellent service throughout the year.

    My local corner shop. All the basics. Fresh fruit, veg, milk, bread + easy meals. Friendly staff. Wheelchair/ buggy accessible. It can feel busy during stocking but this isn't my usual experience.

    Convenient store which has gone downhill. Very untidy. Huge trollies of stock and rubbish everywhere so you can't even reach much of the shelves. Staff clatter stuff around so loudly it hurts your ears. Not a pleasant experience
