May I say perfect people to deal with, nothing was too much hassle and all questions awnsered. Only ordered part at 11am Wednesday and by 4pm Thursday it's here. Thank you so much for restoring faith in ordering parts offline. Can't recommend highly enough.
AVOID...Horrible, unprofessional people to deal with when it comes to returns. They sent wrong gearbox and would not return, had to argue my case to prove that shipped part was wrong and this took over a month with 100s of phone calls. Returned gearbox on my own cost and then chased to refund for another month and half with 100s of phone calls . Finally received refund without initial inflated delivery charge even though wrong part was sent by them.
Went there today for a tyre for my Santa Fe and came out with 2 a DVD player and some windscreen wipers because I was so impressed with the price and the customer service and friendly attitude of the guys in there. Keep it up lads. Only problem is I forgot my lock on wheel but case. Hopefully I’ll get it back when I’m back in there tomorrow.
