Iām not sure if I was just unlucky. But I would avoid seller by all means. Took over 2 weeks for delivery, with phone calls most days being told it will be the following day. Which this happened for over a week. It was agreed Ā£100 refund for the hassle it coursed but received nothing. Then after asking for refund the tool box arrived Damaged and very poor quality from manufacturer. Please avoid !!

Bought a tool chest at nearly £1000 from US Pro Tools, after 18 months within a ventilated well insulated garage the tool chest has started to rust from the inside out. I contact US Pro Tools via email twice with no response, I then managed to contact them via Facebook (they don't except reviews on social media), I shown them the issue and product, they weren't particularly interested in why, how, or even concerned or surprised their products were rusting. All they cared about was 'have I filled out the warranty card online' (first and only question!) otherwise they cannot help. Seems like a nice way NOT to honour any warranty or stand by any of their products. If I were looking again I'd go with Sealey or someone similar. This company just washes their hands at the first sign of issues. Poor poor service and customer service! terrible for a product of nearly £1000!

Excellent customer service. An amazing three bank work station with top cabinets. This is my second us pro item after receiving a tool box as a present for my van. I have tried snap on & mac boxes. I have found us pro to be better in every way ..

5ā All 24/7/365!! What a guy. The man who lives here is! Name is Scott and selling the best toolboxes, at the right price is the man's game! I have RARELY bought anything and been so absolutely overjoyed with the service and the quality of the items delivered. Not ONLY (BUT ALSO!) I had a bit of a mare with His Couriers. DPD(who ARE normally A1 excellent!) Were terrible. I contacted him to let him know. I actually said! I AM NOT AFTER COMPENSATION! Result? A Ā£35 payment to apologise for the problems I had? What a decent and proper gent!

Impressed with these guys,, ordered a cheap chest for gift, the courier screwed up delivery but the guys was on it without hesitation, it was refunded instantly even tho I said they shouldn't and after I got my hands on the box I was further impressed with quality so much so ordering more for myself. a colleague is ordering to, if the cheap range is this good can't wait to get my hands on the pro range
