   My problem with this Screwfix is the guy working there Named Simon. He has 0 customer skills and this needs to be addressed. I've emailed screwfix directly but I think a poor review was also in order. Perhaps some more training in how to speak to people is in order.

   This store is ace. It’s usually quiet which means it’s fast and the staff are super-helpful. Melody and Paul - very efficient and should teach customer service. The stock is as good as any and it’s conveniently easy to get to if you’re passing. Highly recommended

   The store has only been opened a few weeks, with the majority of staff new to Screwfix. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. Living nearby means I no longer have to troop into Lincoln to get what I want. Not 100% sure that they have as much on site as Lincoln, but after a bit of (on-line) searching found what I needed. Ordered on-line, got confirmation, drove over, picked it up, drove home all in the time it would have taken to get halfway way to Triton Road Screwfix. Access for the mobility impaired or those confined to a wheelchair Is excellent. Easy parking for trade, DIY and disabled.
