Absolutely brilliant service from. MAT and Clare in the Warrington depot. Nothing was a problem with them there service was very professional polite and very responsive done everything I asked of them with no complaints, the fitters who done my racking done a great job.highly recommended them. The end result is just what I wanted. Well done
The Sortimo racking system itself is great — solid design and professional-grade build. But my experience with the Warrington UK branch left a lot to be desired. I paid in full in July 2024, and the process dragged on for nearly 11 months due to design issues, missing parts, and poor communication. I was repeatedly chasing updates and at one point even hung up on. The installer from Kits-n-Bits was brilliant — professional, sympathetic, and clearly proud of his work. He did his best to correct things, but the original planning let him down. ✅ I will buy Sortimo products again. ❌ But I’ll avoid using the Warrington branch/team and find a better route next time.

Confusing numbers on the building of which door to make a delivery too
The SR5 racking is junk. The floors don't fit correctly and flex when walked on. Racking was fitted by an approved installer and they state that is how the product is. The shelves don't fit products from adequate size. If going to use the van for carrying lots of parts in boxes go elsewhere.
Lovely people very helpful to a first time visitor.
Good for getting your van pimped out with accessories but not very friendly and always in a rush to get you out the door. Review of 3 stars but would give more if they had more time for the customers and workers.
