We had 12 windows, garden room doors and 2 front doors replaced in our cottage in Stanton in Peak. Great service and they were exactly what we wanted. They look amazing and have received lovely comments from our neighbours!

I'm so pleased we went with Firth Uk (aka fmcproducts) for our new porch windows. Paul came up with a solution that met both my requirements and my budget, and he worked well with my builder, discreetly giving me further advice where necessary! The workmanship in the windows is excellent; combining traditional and modern techniques to deliver a great product. They were prompt and reliable from initial site visits through to completion of the job, and watching his workmen do the final adjustments and installation, I could see that they were real experts in their work. I don't often take the time to give a review, but really felt I wanted to promote fmproducts/Firth UK to others.

DO NOT ENGAGE THIS COMPANY - EXTREMELY RULE & VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE We engaged Firth (UK) Ltd to build and fit 3 dormer windows in our grade II listed building. We received a quote of just under £3k, with agreement to pay £1450 deposit ,and the remainder as cash to the fitters. Unfortunately my wife and I have since started a divorce, and after putting the house on the market we realised there was no value paying for this when we were selling the house. I contacted Paul Firth to request how we arranged for a refund. I expected a small charge taken off the £1450, but i was informed that all that was due back to me was £874, and in fact normally they don't refund anything at all. The fitting was 3 months away, so there was no reason to take this amount of monies off. Due to the stress of the divorce i didn't have the strength to fight for what i thought we were owed, however there were no terms of conditions on the order form, so there would be a clear case to take to court in the future to claim the remainder of monies back. I provided my bank account details for the £874 refund, and on the day after the payment should be arrived noticed that in my stress of writing the bank details in the email i had miss-typed the details. You'll see the attached screenshot how unprofessional was his response, and i need other potential customers to be made aware of this rude, unprofessional company. His customer service skills throughout the process left a lot to be desired, but this response was shocking, hence i need others to know who they are dealing with if engaging with this company.

Fabulous workmanship and quality. The fitters did an excellent job and tidied up after themselves. I got exactly what I wanted, even though I couldn't explain what I wanted. Can't recommend highly enough!
