   Absolutely disgraceful sent our lass down for some screws what cost me £5.75 yesterday. I ran out sent her with one screw and because she a women gave her the best screws. 4 times more. Take advantage of women. Should be ashamed why not just give her the screw she brought down with her instead is ripping her off with my money absolutely disgraceful

   I bought the mixer tap below. It has a normal connection for old style hoses, but the pedestal just didn’t have the space behind it. I wanted to use the ones supplied. Turns out they only have a different euro size end. The box in the picture solves your problem, lucky for me the duty manager was a real good guy who helped find it. If it wasn’t for him this tap might have been returned and this review would be a complain. Sorry mate I didn’t get your name but you did truly save me that day and also saved a return of a very expensive tap. I was doing a job as a favor to my in-laws as theirs had broken and nobody does a mixer with 21.5cm centres to the taps.

   This trip was a longer one than usual. I wanted to add on some white spirit on to my order and the lady dropping it refused to jump on the till when delivering my pre order. While the service is typically prompt, on this occasion, additional staff training on handling quick transactions at the till, particularly for pre-order additions, could be beneficial. While this experience was out of the ordinary, I usually have positive interactions with the Ecclesfield Screwfix. I can only assume I caught the lady on a bad day.

   As owner of TRT Joinery & Carpentry, I use Screwfix branches in Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley and Sheffield on a regular basis.
