   I don't recommend it. I had booked a wheel alignment with the tires I purchased. Unfortunately, I wasn't informed until after I arrived that they couldn't perform the alignment. I only chose this workshop so they could do it for me on the way home. Otherwise, I would have gone elsewhere if they had called me in advance. Update: After 4 weeks when I was complaining still no answer from ATS. They laying about answers.

   I had a puncture right outside ATS with a 17 month old baby and 3 year old toddler in the car . My grandchildren . I went into ATS and asked if I carefully drove across the road could they fit me in to either repair or replace my tyre. My reply was No not a chance !! No room to do it today . I went back to my car and sat for 3 1/2 hours for the AA man to come . He took my tyre off and took it to tyres r us further down the road and they did it and it was sorted within 20 mins . We were freezing and found it interesting that they couldn’t fit me in to help but they could all stand round chatting . Very unhelpful !!

   I have used ATS for first time and I can clearly say that the fitter has done a good job. Tyres fitted and wheel alignment done. Alignment report handed over. Car goes nicely straight. I will come back.

   Highly recommend , Adam is very helpful and all staff are friendly . Jobs are always done on time , communication good , have arrived a few times without appointments , bulbs etc and they have accommodated .

   Big bills and poor work. I had to take my car in while I was in Warrington for work. Took it in with a droning noise at 55-75mph. They changed pads, discs and a track rod end plus wheel alignment and balance for £1000. Expensive but fine. I was surprised that they thought that was causing the noise as I've had warped discs and wheel wobble on other cars and this didn't sound like that but they assured me that would fix it. Sure enough the noise continued. I called them back and they said it must be a transmission issue which they don't do. I ignored that and when I got home to Inverness took it to my local mechanic who I actually trust. He immediately diagnosed it as a wheel bearing issue, after replacing both front wheel bearings the noise has gone. The worst part is the poor work he uncovered from ATS. They hadn't cleaned the brake flange when they fitted the discs which can cause more wear on the pads and disc warping. They also hadn't greased anything they fitted which is just lazy. They also hadn't righted the retaining nut on the track rod they replaced. Apologies if I've misspoken on any of the technical mechanic lingo - I'm just passing on what I can remember from what my mechanic just told me. The point is he was raging at ATS on my behalf for what they did and what they charge so I felt it was worth passing on as I was just annoyed they didn't fix it in the first place when he diagnosed it so easily. I'm sure they can manage a puncture but anything else I'd go somewhere else.

   Really great service at ATS. Had a puncture which they booked me in and repaired very quickly. Kept me well informed. And whilst they were able to repair it (thankfully) they had a good range of options and prices if a new tire was needed. Really helpful staff and would definitely recommend

   After a bad experience with Kwikfit we called in ATS and spoke with the manager Steve and his assistant manager, he got the part we needed and was fitted the same day. I have to say the customer service from Steve and his colleagues was second to none amazing experience and was treated with respect. I will not be going anywhere else amazing place. Steve I cannot thank you enough
