   Tenpin Star City is a great place for a social outing. The bowling is enjoyable, the layout is easy to navigate, and the atmosphere stays upbeat. What makes the visit even better is that the venue provides other entertainment options as well, giving you the freedom to extend your time there without feeling limited. Food and drinks are available, service is generally smooth, and free parking makes everything easier. It works well for friends, families, and groups who want a convenient and relaxed experience.

   Great visit to see the family, such a great location, with a big arcade area to keep the kids entertained, along with other cool areas, pool tables, these amazingly designed escape rooms and of course bowling. Great evening out.

   A nice establishment, however was horrified when trying to relieve myself using the toilets, I walked into the first of 3 cubicles and the first thing I noticed was faeces on the toilet lid, not the seat which I admit is a bit strange, but to have that on the lid is horribly impressive, I then moved to the second cubicle and there was a plastic bag and two bottles shoved into the toilet, how this was mistaken for a bin is beyond me, but anyhow I moved to the last cubicle as my last chance at salvation was at stake, only to find the seat bludgeoned with sick and enough urine on the floor that I accidentally went ice skating. The toilets should be monitored more closely, but overall a good experience despite not reaching satisfaction

   Arcade to play with kids and also adults. Is a big space and you can choose between a good amount of games. As arcade you know that your money will fly really quickly, but your children’s only will have this age once, so for them is okay come. The staff is not the most friendly but is okay, and also the people sometimes can be so rude and don’t respect the queque or your time, but you can’t manage how the people act. But otherwise it’s fun, just think in one budget before go, and you only will spend how much you have ready in advance.

   Went bowling on xmas eve. Had pre booked so no waiting around. Great atmosphere and fun all round. Lanes are all lit up and look nice. Plenty of arcade games to keep kids busy. Would visit again.

   Bowling part has had a refit no longer need to wear bowling shoes. The Walsall bowling area is better but this tenpin has better arcade section and free parking

   Stopped in for a few games of pool while out for dinner. Plenty of seats, arcade area for kids, long queue for ten pin bowling so would suggest booking in advance if possible. I think at least three of the pool tables were out of order when we visited (11th November) which was unfortunate but we got a game and would visit again.

   Only stayed at the bar, but friendly staff, nice beers, plenty of TV's to watch live sport. Clean and a nice place to spend a couple of hours

   On entry the staff member at the door hands out a voucher for a 2 for one on bowling.. got to the counter to redeem the voucher and the staff member tells me I have to go outside to get signal for going online to redeem it. Turns out it's a qr code to leave feedback before you get the voucher and the voucher takes over 24 hours to be emailed to me. When I went back to the counter the staff member laughed and said "oh I forgot about that" so we had to pay 45 quid for 2 games of bowling for 2 adults and 1 child.. what a rip off. Rude staff and quite expensive when people are struggling to pay bills at the moment. Won't be bowling here again. If I wanted to be laughed at I'd become a comedian! Also move the bloody ping-pong tables as the ping-pong balls were flying at us and down the bowling lane for the whole visit.. what an absolute joke!
