   I visited your garage today to enquire about three new tyres, but unfortunately I left feeling very upset and intimidated. When I got out of my car, a man immediately shouted “What you after?” in a rude tone. I was shocked by how abrupt this was. When I mentioned it to the boss, instead of acknowledging my concern, he dismissed it and and said "he only wanted to know what you want" he then asked me to move my car because of a car behind me, but because i went too far round he then started shouting at me again while I was trying to park. The whole experience made me feel very uncomfortable — I was simply there to ask about tyres, not to be spoken to like that. It’s really disappointing to be treated this way as a customer, especially as a woman coming in alone. Courtesy and respect cost nothing, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously so no one else is made to feel the same. I found the price he gave me reasonable but because of the manor I was treated i left because I felt so anxious and mortified. Just a heads up to any woman thinking of going here, I went elsewhere and they were completely different.
